As an RN Resident, you’ll receive: - Mentorship from experienced nurses - Peer support and collaboration - Monthly interactive, evidence-based learning sessions - Hands-on experience in your chosen track Eligibility: All newly NY State Licensed RN Residents with less than one year of experience are automatically enrolled.
