Summary The First Electronics Corporation (FEC) is an engineering and custom cable manufacturing company based in Boston, Massachusetts, FEC is AS9100D certified and provides custom cable design and assembly to defense and aerospace customers. Our major customers include leading defense contractors such as Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics and The United States Government. FEC has aggressive plans for continued growth as a world class leader in custom cable manufacturing and therefore has an immediate need for an experienced Testing Technician in the Quality Control Department. The Testing Technician is responsible for testing cable and wire products to ensure they meet all quality standards, specifications, and regulations. This includes performing electrical tests, and functional tests. The QC Tester must also be able to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. This position requires the use of High Voltage, all safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment must be followed.
