Job Description: The Allstate Health Solutions (AHS) Carrier Business Lead Consultant is responsible for growing product sales thru carrier partnerships focused on a specific assignments and goals within Individual Health (IH) sales team. Key Responsibilities: Recruits new agents: Performs agent trainings via phone/screen sharing and webinar methods such as Zoom Records calling activities in CRM/Hubspot and ensures consistent marketing is occurring on products Calls on agents within designated areas to write more Allstate business Partners with leadership on supporting newly recruited and tenured agents/agencies Communicates with agents via chat system/Tidio regarding questions and sales opportunities Education: 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience: 5 o...
