Job description

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the Task Order change management process in compliance with TekSynap BMS 7.04.0, ITIL practices, AF TO 00-33A-1100, and Communications Squadron workflows. Review and validate change requests for completeness, accuracy, required documentation, risk, impact, urgency, priority, test plans, and rollback plans. Oversee and maintain the Forward Schedule of Changes and the overall change calendar. Coordinate and track Authorized Service Interruptions through MCCC, AMAC, and other required Air Force approval channels. Deconflict change activity across bases, functional teams, and approval authorities to prevent mission disruption. Coordinate with Base Operations Managers, M-NOSC, Core Engineering, Infrastructure Deployment, and Communications Squadrons on scheduled and emergent changes. Enforce documentation, audit, reporting, and quality standards for all change activity. Establish or refine Communications Squadron change workflows when gaps exist or assistance is needed.
