Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing and leading the activities of the Quality Assurance Team to ensure the processing of quality products that meet customer specifications, and that the Shift Manager's team is fully aware of the quality of the produced and packaged products to assist them in meeting customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures there is no injury to self or others by following safe work practices (including Standard Operating Procedures) and policies. 2. Food Safety is everyone’s responsibility. 3. Attend and participate in all training activities for the position. Ensure the acquired skills and knowledge are applied. 4.
