We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and hands-on Vice President of Information Technology. This role plays a pivotal role as a senior leader spearheading a joint Information Technology organization representing a strategic partnership between FastMed and Alo/Avance Care . This role is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and security of a shared Epic electronic health record (EHR) environment and related enterprise IT systems supporting both organizations. This position entails guiding the strategic alignment with business objectives, encompassing areas such as business systems and processes, infrastructure design and engineering (this includes data center, network, and end-user devices), and management of service provider contracts. The role provides leadership for a single, integrated IT department that delivers services across clinical and corporate functions for both companies, ensuring reliability, security, compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with the strategic priorities of each organization.
