This role serves as the central liaison among investigators, residents, GME leadership, and the IRB, facilitating communication, documentation, and project execution. The ARC provides guidance on research processes, including compliance, grants, and study coordination, while maintaining quality and timeliness. Success in this role requires strong project management and clinical research expertise, supporting multiple specialties and advancing the academic environment.
