Job Description Regulatory Specialist - Erlanger, KY MAIN FUNCTION: This entry level role will maintain raw material documentation and the raw material data in internal databases, along with learning and applying key concepts in the regulatory space. The role will gain experience in evaluating raw materials against FDA and other regulatory agency framework along with ADM’s requirements. The role involves regular verbal and electronic communication with R&D, logistics, sales, vendors and customers to support the growth and productivity of the business. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail in electronic and written work - Technical understanding of regulatory documentation and interpretation of vendor documentation and other sources of raw material regulatory data - Food and flavor labeling (including nutritional labeling, GMO/BE, etc.) and knowledge of GHS and HAZMAT classification for Transportation. - Basic knowledge of US food regulations that apply to ADM product portfolio and capable of interpretation of relevant regulations and certification schemes (Kosher, Halal, Organic, NGPV, etc.) - Ability to focus on priorities and work under...
