The Football Staff Assistant (Part-Time) supports the daily operations of the Virginia Tech Football program, contributing to recruiting, player personnel, creative, and administrative functions. This role provides experience in a fast-paced, high-level environment and assists full-time staff in executing key initiatives in compliance with NCAA and conference regulations. Required Qualifications: Strong interest in college football operations and recruiting High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruiting/creative tools is a plus Willingness to work nights, weekends, and extended hours during peak periods.
