The Vertical Transportation Special Projects Manager provides friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests while providing technical and management leadership for teams delivering elevator/escalator maintenance and consulting services. They display a strong commitment to customer service through the delivery of our service standards, safety procedures and standard operating procedures. The Vertical Transportation Special Projects Managers duties include overseeing, as an owner’s representative, the maintenance/modernization/installation/improvements of elevators/escalators/moving walkways, acting as a liaison between providers/contractors/consultants and the property to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role will also oversee our vertical transportation maintenance agreement to ensure all requirements are being met including timely annual testing, 3rd party inspections, escalator clean-downs, preventative maintenance and repairs.
