No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided in acquiring used cars through trades, auctions, social media, and third-party sources. Candidates should be motivated to develop skills in pricing cars, appraising vehicles, and purchasing inventory at auctions and wholesale. Experience with v-Auto is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong follow-up, communication skills, attention to detail, and organization are essential.
