Job description

Ensure that all casework services are consistent with the operating policies of the Office of Community Corrections (OCC) and other regulatory agencies. Ensure that participant documents such as a copy of all intake materials are placed in participant files including those provided by supervising agencies (e.g., Probation, Parole, and Sheriff’s Department). Complete intake assessments utilizing assessment tools (e.g. LS/RNR, TCUDS, etc.); assess risks/responsivity needs; and develop treatment plans for each assigned participant. Ensure that treatment plans and goals for transition are completed and reviewed on a monthly basis. Provide feedback to participants. Make necessary referrals to outside agencies or departments as needed. Case manage community based-services. Complete regular check-ins with participants. Document participant interaction (i.e., client notes) as needed. Assign and track completion of Client Behavioral Interventions (CBI’s) as needed. Create an after care/discharge plan for each assigned participant. Facilitate CBT manualized groups to fidelity. Submit to/conduct group audits.
