Job Description The EHS & Technical Lead will champion a robust safety culture and drive employee engagement across the site to achieve enhanced safety performance and cultivate a zero-tolerance approach to incidents. This role requires a collaborative, proactive individual who can partner effectively across all functions, adapt to the dynamic manufacturing environment, and own the development and delivery of a best-in-class safety training program and culture. While not directly managing a team, you will act as a key influencer across other teams, maintaining a hands-on presence on the shopfloor to ensure the highest standards are met.
