Service Technician

Job description

As a Service Technician at New England Air Systems in our Rutland area, you will be on the front lines of delivering reliable, expert service to our commercial clients. In this role, you will respond to both routine and emergency calls along with perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. You’ll be responsible for ensuring systems run efficiently and safely, keeping your service vehicle stocked and organized, and communicating regularly with dispatch to ensure smooth job flow. From detailed diagnostics to proactive customer support, your work will directly contribute to client satisfaction and system reliability.
