Controller - Fort Lauderdale Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on , results-driven Controller to lead the accounting function for one or more entities within a multi-entity organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the month-end close process in NetSuite , ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. The Controller will take ownership of close execution, financial reporting quality, and process optimization, while also playing a key role in cash and treasury activities, budgeting and forecasting support, payroll accounting, and revenue recognition. This position requires both a detail-oriented operator and a proactive process leader—someone who can streamline close timelines, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive complex issues to resolution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
