About the Job The Senior Transportation Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing daily container delivery operations and leading a team of 15 Container Drivers to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time service throughout the designated region. This role partners closely with the Dispatch department to coordinate routing, labor allocation, and operational priorities while monitoring driver performance, productivity, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong logistics background, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth geographic knowledge of the DMV area to support smooth, customer-focused delivery operations. What You'll be Doing: What does it take to be a Transportation Delivery Manager with WM? - Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.
