Role Overview Genus plc Company has an exciting opportunity. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Engineering (hybrid) to join our innovative team and help drive projects that shape the future of animal genetics. With growing number of projects in our pipeline, it is critical to maintain our ability to focus on delivering real value against the business opportunity, ensure proper expectations are set around what can be delivered, and guiding projects successfully through the gated phase process to safeguard successful implementation. The Senior Project Manager-Engineering will be responsible for setting the overall direction of their projects and managing the outcomes successfully from inception through business launch across the R&D and relevant Genus business functions. The successful candidate has the ability to work in a culturally diverse, fast-paced environment, work autonomously as well as collaboratively across functional teams, and is able to identify, analyze and solve problems in a self-directed/managed work location.
