About the Role: The Taquero prepares food orders for customers while assisting cooks with gathering and preparing ingredients. This role ensures consistency in portion, quality, and presentation while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Taqueros provide prompt, courteous service and promote sales by suggestive selling, all while supporting Vallarta’s standards of food safety, sanitation, and teamwork. What You’ll Do: Greet customers with a smile and provide outstanding, prompt service. Prepare food orders consistently in portion, quality, and appearance to company standards.
