Entry Level Technician

Job description

The Entry Level Technician ensures the accurate and timely inspection of new or pre-owned units and conducts routine inventory scans of all units into the Optimum RV inventory. This candidate will learn the skills required to work as a Service Technician and develop a career in the industry. Responsibilities: - Perform cursory inspections on all incoming units, both new and pre-owned, checking for immediate functionality, missing or defective components, or damage. Record issues according to company processes using the approved checklist. - Report any major issues on new or pre-owned units to a manager before releasing transport drivers or submitting check-in inspection sheets to the sales or consignment department. - Meet and greet each customer or transport driver at the delivery site for inspection. - Document and relay customer concerns and questions, including functional issues to be addressed by technicians, to the advisor and/or sales manager. - Conduct inventory audits to assist with weekly and monthly inventory lot counts. - Upload inventory documents to partner departments and the manufacturer. - Attend all company-required meetings. - Follow all safety guidelines at all...
