You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. About the Clients: CPA are seeking a Disability Support Worker to support clients in our Lifestyles Home & Community Service across the Northern Beaches area. At CPA, we support clients with a varying range of disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, as well as other intellectual and physical conditions. in Ranging in age between early adulthood and more mature clients, we empower them to get out and be involved in the community, giving them the platform to make their own decisions and choices.
