Essential Job Duties: This role sits at the center of BambooHR’s Compensation and Benchmarking strategy within our HRIS product management team. You will own the product strategy and execution for experiences that help customers benchmark roles, manage compensation structures, guide pay decisions, and report on compensation with confidence.
