What You'll Do: - Own & Grow Partnerships: Manage and expand our university relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). - Event Maestro: Co-create and plan engaging employer attraction events. - Recruitment: Drive our annual recruitment volume planning and own the end-to-end process for internships and graduate programs, including Assessment Centers. - Innovate: Continuously find new ways to connect with diverse talent. What You'll Bring: - Language Skills: Fluent English (C2) is a must.
