Job title - Senior Manager Global Quality Ingredients (78717) Location – Geneva, Switzerland: Perfume and Beauty growth office department is recognized as perfumes, ingredients and innovation experts. Part of this unit, the global experts team search for a new member with competency to: - Execute and own multiple quality expertise areas at a global level for the ingredient business, with a focus on perfumery ingredients. - Provide expert support to quality teams and manage projects related to ingredient quality, process transfer, and innovation. - Act as a global advisor for non-conformances, savings and ingredient strategy. - Serve as a reference for ingredient specifications and facilitate knowledge sharing within plants and with external partners.
