Logistics Lead 2nd Shift

Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team and is currently recruiting for a Logistics Lead to work from our warehouse operations located in Tolleson, AZ on 2nd Shift. This position will work on a rotating 4-day/10 hour shift from 2pm - 12am as well as some weekends when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining floor presence while working with and supervising assigned staff. - Pulls pallets of finished product on forklift for orders to distributors and distribution centers. - Ensures accuracy of product placement in warehouse and product shipments. - Unloads/loads conveyor; puts product into appropriate storage rows. - Investigates, documents and reports all necessary shift incident reports to the Supervisor or Manager. - Assists in the monitoring and rotation of stock and all replenishment activities. - Assists in the monitoring and staffing of housekeeping in the warehouse. - Routinely fills in for subordinate staff in order to meet fulfillment schedule and complete needed work assignments. - Initiates process improvement and provides advice and recommendations to supervisor upon request. - Must be flexible to cover other shifts i...
