What You'll Do: You will take the lead in managing Quality Area 1, fostering a high-quality learning environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Work collaboratively with the Educational Leadership team to support and mentor educators, ensuring alignment with the center’s vision and mission. Provide guidance on programming, planning, and documentation, championing best practices in early childhood education. Empower your team to nurture children’s potential, inspire global citizenship, and uphold play-based learning as central to the curriculum.
