Position Overview: This intermediate level position provides network operations support including on road escalation incidents for Carvana-employed auto haulers delivering cars to customers nationwide. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What you’ll be doing: ● Assist in resolving real-time on road incidents moving across the Logistics Network by providing real-time incident management and support to all drivers. ● Serve as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed Vehicle Transporters and Advocates. ● Provide real-time support to Logistics field teams while maintaining route integrity and service levels. ● Minimize postponed deliveries through root cause analysis and continuous monitoring of exceptions. ● Use multiple internal systems to gather data and troubleshoot issues that may arise during transit. ● Locate and select vendors to drive excellent service while mitigating risks and downtime. ● Maximize outbound capacity to increase on-time delivery and reduce transit times. ● Collaborate with Vehicle Transporters, Logistics Field Leadership, Fleet Maintenance, Market Operations, and Network Planning to minimize network disruptions. ● Leverage strong analyti...
