Plumbing Install Lead Technician

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime. Key Responsibilities: - Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring) - Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.) - Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement - Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards Qualifications & Requirements: - Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs) - Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable - Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven - Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions - Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business Benefits: - Competitive pay an...
