Job Overview The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler organizes, plans, and schedules all maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, corrective) within CMMS, ensuring technicians have parts/tools/materials for efficient execution, minimizing downtime, and balancing production needs with asset reliability. Acts as a key liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and Procurement. #LI-SL1 A Day In The Life: What will help you thrive in this role? - Work Order Management: Review, prioritize, and detail work requests in SAP, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and proper scope. - Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed job plans with step-by-step instructions, required tools, safety measures, and estimated time, scheduling work one or more weeks in advance. - Resource Coordination: Partner with Procurement to ensure all necessary spare parts and materials are available before work begins. - Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary contact between Maintenance, Operations, and other departments to align schedules and address conflicts. - System Expertise: Utilize SAP PM (and potentially other CMMS) for planning, tracking, reporting, and managing the maintenance backlog. - Process Improvement...
