JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for supervising, evaluating and consistently improving the Coding & Medical Practice operations. In conjunction with each DTC Physician, this role will review and assure DTC medical policies and procedures are followed consistently. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of staff, including, Medical Practice Staff. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Tracks all Orders, Interim, MPA tracker, and 485 to ensure signatures are obtained timely, and MPAs are following up and escalating appropriately when notes and orders are not received timely. Tracks and ensures that all notes are in for all provider visits, including but not limited to Start of Care, Revisits, Semiannual, and consultations. Oversight of the Medical Practice Staff to ensure that all paper documents received are scanned and uploaded into the EMR. Ensures all medical appointments are scheduled for participants as indicated for care planning and ordered by the primary care provider. In charge of weekly vehicle Check for the assigned Site.
