Job DetailsJob Location: Keyes Truck Center - KEYES, CA 95328Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $38.00 - $52.00 HourlyJob Category: AutomotiveWe are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead and support our team of Service Technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling heavy-duty diesel trucks, motorhomes, and a wide range of diesel engines. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership, workflow coordination, and quality control. A day in the life may include: Supervising and mentoring technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs and adherence to safety standards. Verifying vehicle performance by overseeing and, when necessary, conducting test drives. Leading advanced troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and electronic repair processes. Assigning work, prioritizing jobs, and ensuring timely completion of service tasks. Overseeing routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, lubrication, brake adjustments, and wheel alignments.
