The incumbent may be expected to work during office closures in the event of a disaster. Duties and responsibilities are as follows: Assists in compiling and presenting data. Maintains knowledge of frequently requested Division statistics, indicators and goals. Supports the report writers in the unit with the maintenance of reports. Coordinates the preparation of materials relating to routine and special projects and information requests.
