Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet , IL is seeking an experienced Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our patient-centered, mission-driven team! This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with skilled neurologists and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality neurological care to our community. Position Details: - Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group - Full-time | Dayshift Schedule | Inpatient and Outpatient Work Setting - Daytime schedule with limited weekends or call - Provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of neurological conditions. - Conducting evaluations, formulating diagnoses, managing treatment plans, and educating patients and families - Perform detailed neurological assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans. - Manage acute and chronic neurologic conditions including stroke, seizure disorders, migraines, neuropathies, movement disorders, and more. - Conduct follow-up visits, provide patient and family education, and coordinate care across services. - Collaborate closely with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams to support exceptional patient outcomes. -...
