About the Role: The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging digital learning experiences for employees, with a strong focus on AI-related learning content. This role will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and the Learning & Development team to transform complex technical and business information into clear, practical, and learner-friendly courses. The Instructional Designer will create content directly inside Exadel’s AI-first LMS platform, using its built-in authoring capabilities, and will also develop video-based learning materials using Synthesia.
