As Head of Fighter Instructions of Continued Airworthiness, you will shape direction and drive performance for the Gripen system’s continued airworthiness. Your role: The Fighter Instructions of Continued Airworthiness department is responsible for the design of integrated logistics support for the Gripen weapon system. This includes the development of technical instructions and documentation, as well as customer-specific maintenance solutions tailored to different operators. The department also provides technical support to Gripen operators worldwide. As Head of Fighter Instructions of Continued Airworthiness, you are responsible for leading and developing the department and for ensuring its long-term performance and direction. You set and drive strategies, objectives and plans, and secure that the organisation has the capabilities, resources and engagement required to deliver on both current and future priorities.
