Job description

We’re looking for a Data Engineer & Owner – CRM & Marketing to join Telia. We are seeking a data engineer who can bridge data and business to strengthen our Commercial Development organization. You will be part of a high-impact analytics team working with customer-centric, data-driven initiatives to drive growth in the consumer market. What you’ll do: Own and structure the marketing data domain (customer profiles, lifecycle stages, campaign interactions) Build and maintain reliable data pipelines that enable activation and personalization Ensure segments, triggers, and audiences are accurate and available for CRM use cases Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to translate business needs into data solutions Enable measurement of campaigns and customer journeys (e.g., A/B testing, control groups, attribution) Identify and drive improvements in data models, pipelines, and martech setup What will help you succeed: 3+ years experience in data or martech engineering, ideally in a CRM/marketing context Strong SQL skills and solid experience with Python.
