Job Description: The Internal Communications Specialist supports the development and execution of internal communications, first class Associate Experience and delivery of change communications across the UKI Cluster, Slough Supply and Plymouth Supply. As key partner to the leadership teams, this role supports delivery of a number of visibility initiatives and translating their strategies into communications that inspire Associates that inspire and engage our 2,000 Associates across the UKI Cluster. Responsibilities will span both Mars Wrigley and One Mars UK communications, in addition to managing all community partnerships across Slough and Plymouth. - An FTC contract, with possibility of it being extended* What will be your responsibilities?: Drive and embed the Mars Wrigley UKI business strategy by executing initiatives that engage internal stakeholders towards ambassadorship of the business vision, strategic business choices, and increase advocacy for our segment, business and brands.
