Job Description: We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes. Schedule: Full time schedules available; Must be willing to work 1 weekend shift per week. Full time 36 hours a week Sunday 7a-2p: Monday 10a-3p: Wednesday 3p-11p: Thursday 7a-3p: Friday 7a-3p: Full time 30 hours a week Friday 7a-3p and 3p-11p (double): Saturday 3-9pm & 11p-7a (double): We offer various scheduling options. Let us know what works best for you! Pay: $24.00/hour: If you have experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional, Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician, this role is for you!
