Job description

Integral is seeking a highly experienced finance and investment professional to support underwriting, financing, capital structuring, and execution of a diversified real estate portfolio spanning affordable (including tax credit deals) and conventional multifamily and mixed-use developments and acquisitions. This role sits at the core of the investment platform and is responsible for driving deal feasibility, optimizing capital stacks, and managing financing execution across the full lifecycle—from origination through stabilization and recapitalization. The position requires deep technical expertise, strong capital markets relationships, and the ability to operate across both affordable housing and conventional real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Investor & Lender Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with: - Tax credit syndicators and equity investors - Banks, CDFIs, and institutional lenders - Public agencies and housing authorities - Manage investor reporting, financial updates, and ongoing communications Capital Structuring & Financing Strategy: - Design and execute complex capital stacks incorporating: - LIHTC equity (4% and 9%) - Tax-exempt b...
