The Sr. Business Development Manager at Rimkus is responsible for driving business growth within an assigned territory by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, client engagement, and market penetration to secure new business opportunities and enhance Rimkus's market presence. The manager will collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to meet revenue targets and support the delivery of high-quality expert services. - Develops and executes a Territory Growth Plan designed to achieve defined revenue and performance targets within the assigned California territory. - Identifies, targets, and secures new business opportunities within the insurance defense, litigation support, and forensic consulting sectors. - Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, insurance carriers, adjusters, and corporate clients. - Demonstrates the ability to understand engineering and physical science disciplines sufficiently to align expert capabilities with client case needs. - Leverages Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs as a primary business development tool to...
