- Full PPE and uniform provided - Must have a valid Manual driver's licence - Depot based in Dandenong South About the Role: As a Brushcutting Operator, you will be responsible for undertaking routine maintenance works in Council controlled parks, reserves and selected roadsides. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work. - Brushcutting, detailing, litter removal and weed spraying of Council reserves - Perform routine prestart checks on your daily equipment - Ensure open spaces are maintained to a high standard - Follow and practice safety protocols and procedures About You: - Ability to operate brush cutters and small power equipment - Valid Manual drivers licence - Knowledge or herbicide applications and techniques - Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun - Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team - Ride on Mower experience of Council Controlled sites will be highly regarded - Current White Card and Working with Children...
