Requirements: - Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. - Valid state licensure as a Behavioral Therapist or equivalent certification. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Empathy and a genuine desire to help others. - Experience with various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
