FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations. As a FieldPulse sales manager, you will be managing and developing a team of Account Executives. We are looking for a shown sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales for our team. You will formulate and complete a strategy to improve business growth. You are responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and interpersonal quotas. What You'll Do: - Manage a team of 8-10 Full Cycle Account Executives, coaching AEs to sales process - Own Monthly and quarterly Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Reviews Across the team - Provide sales coaching, training, and execution of sales strategy in order to increase sales revenue - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of FieldPulse’s solution offerings - Track and review key metrics to ensure the success of reps through the full sales cycle - Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and pro...
