Job Description Summary The Tendering Engineer for Substation Automation supports business growth by delivering accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals for substation automation, protection, control, packaged with Telecom and M&D systems. In this current role, it is expected that Lead Customer (Tendering Engineer) will manage the entire bid process, from analyzing client requests to submitting proposals. The focus will be on interpreting customer requirements, defining optimized technical solutions, and ensuring alignment with applicable standards and commercial objectives. It involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop robust cost models, assess risks, and optimize scope and delivery. The position plays a critical role in securing profitable projects through disciplined tender governance and strong technical judgment.
