Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager for a local client in Malvern, PA. Candidates who have a background supervising other industrial technicians, and have worked in a foods manufacturing setting are encouraged to apply. Job Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. Ammonia Experience preferred. On Call as needed. Maintains specific knowledge of Maintenance, Inventory, Supervision of staff members, Ability to work on call as needed. Organizes and maintains the Process Safety Management (PSM) program for the company's ammonia refrigeration systems, equipment, and personnel by ensuring compliance with PSM and Risk Management Plan (RMP) and all federal, state, and local regulations. Reviews system altering capabilities or processes prior to implementation.
