Job Overview The Diesel Mobile Parts Associate is responsible for part identification and research , inventory management , and service support for our Diesel Mobile team . They have solid knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer products and parts , while also strengths in inventory and order management . They provide expert advice through product recommendations to meet customer’s needs . Responsibilities and Duties - Part Identification and Research - Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket, including parts, applications, and technical specifications. - Stay updated on new products, product updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers. - Efficiently use catalogs, parts manuals, VINs, serial numbers and online systems to identify and recommend requested heavy-duty truck and trailer parts. - Collaborate with the service, sales and leasing departments to identify parts for service repair and leasing needs. - Assist in-house mobile technicians with, identifying , ordering, and locating parts. - Advise mobile technicians on alternative parts or related items and managing core returns/warranties. - Inventor...
