Job Overview: As a member of Harbinger's Battery Manufacturing team, you will play an active role in producing all of the Battery Modules and Packs for the Vehicle Build Program. You will support the battery build prototype and production builds. What You’ll Do: - Build prototype sample battery modules and packs and learn every element of battery production. - Train next wave of Battery Production Associates to future prototype samples and Production level packs - Set up work instructions and quality points on battery production process. - Set up tiered board to measure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People Development. - Setup workstations and eliminate any safety issue or ergonomic issues. - Work closely with Production and Design team to identify, support root cause, and elimi...
