Description Fr. Tolton Catholic High School in Columbia, Missouri currently has an opening for the 2026-27 school year for a full-time Art teacher. Responsibilities: -Teach art classes, including various forms of media such as painting, drawing, digital media, etc. -Inspire in each student an interest in and the ability for creative expression, using skills and techniques of artistic expression -Allow students to view mistakes as essential steps in the creative process and ensure all students feel welcomed and supported. -Explicitly teach students to reflect on their creative process, assess their own work with the goal of becoming independent, self-directed artists. -Utilize technology to impact student learning and increase communication -Demonstrate support for the mission of Fr.
