Please note: This role is at Lead Professional level and we do not offer relocation Core Responsibilities: You will be part of a team driving scalable, reliable data solutions for the People Places & Culture Organization to enable data-driven decision making across areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, workplace experience, rewards & recognition, and more. Your role will include: Build and maintain a robust data foundation on the Databricks platform, designing and implementing dimensional data warehouse models that ensure high data reliability, quality, and accessibility within the People, Places & Culture domain. Develop automated, standardized, scalable data pipelines using SQL and Python, minimizing manual reporting efforts and ensuring consistent data delivery to support critical reporting processes (including external reporting).
