Job description

The goal of this internship is to have dedicated hardware instruments and a software architecture to improve Chipiron’s testing workflow, increasing efficiency, reproducibility, and traceability. Duration: 6 months: From: April/May 2026 (Flexible): Skills & Experience: Pursuing a Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field Proficiency in Python: Experience with Git / GitHub: Hands-on experience with laboratory measurement instruments (oscilloscope, VSA, VNA) Strong listening skills and ability to learn quickly Curiosity and interest in working within a startup environment Interest in hardware measurement instruments and MRI systems Key Responsibilities: As part of the development of next-generation MRI machines, numerous subsystems—including RF coils and electronic circuit boards—must be rigorously characterized and validated. The objective of this internship is to design and implement an automated test bench to support the characterization and validation of multiple hardware subsystems.
