The Facilities Maintenance Tech performs routine cleaning, general labor maintenance, and facilities upkeep. What You Will Do: Perform routine inspections of building systems and facilities to identify wear, damage, or safety concerns. Utilize hand and power tools to complete minor electrical, mechanical, and structural repairs. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues such as lighting, switches, outlets, and ballast replacements. Respond to work orders including equipment adjustments, fixture repairs, and workspace modifications.
